1. Take a flexible measuring tape and place it around the circumference of your head where your big hat will sit. This is typically just above your eyebrows and above your ears.
2. Keep the measuring tape level and firm while measuring. Make sure it's not too tight or too loose.
3. Measure from the back of your head, bringing the ends of the measuring tape together at the center of your forehead, right above your eyebrows.
